Our experience in house building ranges from Groundwork Contractor on Direct Labour Basis through to Main Contractor, managing and delivering a completed home at turnkey stage.

Direct Labour Projects

We have been involved in several Direct Labour projects where we have carried out the initial site clearance, through to the construction of the sub-structure or finished floor level. We have also completed all the Groundwork’s on these projects, installing the underground services including sewage treatment systems and Percolation areas. We have experience in all percolation systems such as Gravity Fed, Pumped and Pressurised Systems.

Our Responsibility on these projects includes the following

    o   Site Clearance
    o   Construction to Sub Structure
    o   Construction to Finished Floor
    o   Installing Underground Services
    o   Installing Sewage Treatment Systems
    o   Installing Percolation Areas, including – Gravity Fed, Pumped or                  Pressurised Systems.

In later years, with the advancement of environmentally friendly technologies, we have installed piping for Geothermal Systems and Rainwater Harvesting Systems.

Main Contractor – Complete House Build Projects

We have also completed one off House Builds for a number of our Clients. These projects were for houses that were between 3,000 and 4,500 sq ft.

In all cases we worked closely with our clients to achieve their ‘Dream House’, both inside and out while working within the customer’s budget.

    o   Rainwater Harvesting
