As part of our building works we have, on occasion, carried out Demolition Works to facilitate the clearing of sites to make way for new buildings.

One such project was the demolition of old stone buildings in Calverstown. This particular site clearance was in preparation for the construction of a new Retail Outlet.

We have also Demolished and cleared sites in Terenure and Stillorgan. These projects included the demolition of a complete two storey house and site clearance to make possible the construction of a modern two storey house.

Other projects in this area consisted of Demolition of the complete rear walls of a two storey house, while supporting the existing first floor and roof. This was done in preparation for the construction of a large extension.
